Ozone (03) is also called as Activated Oxygen. We normally breathe is O2 oxygen. The third atom of oxygen in the ozone is extremely reactive of vibrant which makes the molecules a strong oxidizing agent. Ozone permanently removes the unpleasant airborne odors. Destroys bacteria & viruses by the process of oxidation.

Methods of Ozone:  

In artificial process ozone can be manufactured and basically by two methods:

  1. Ultra Violet treatment with atmospheric air / oxygen.
  2. Corona discharge.

Out of these two methods corona discharge method is the most reliable process of producing ozone. In our products ozone generator operates in corona discharge principle. Ozone must be made on demand. Since it is generated, easily be stored. In this circuits the use of MOSFET/IGBT in Power inventor stage gives fault tolerant power circuit which can sustain short circuit even on HT side.

Benefits of Corona Discharge: 

Since the ozone is generated electrically from air, there is no chemical handling. On consumables are required and when it has done its job (Purification & Sterilization) it automatically converts back into O2 leaving no chemical residue and this makes the ozone rated as the best eco-friendly oxidant / sterilizing agent in the world. Several regulators agencies, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have stipulated that the safe allowable level of residual is 0.10 ppm (Parts per million)

Ozone Applications:

There are used several applications of ozone.

  1. In air purification in Hotels, Bars, and Restaurants..... etc. It controls Cigarette smokes, eye irritation problems.
  2. In Water Purification in Swimming pool, cooling towers hotels, water treatment solutions etc. Ozone kills bacteria, viruses and germs and this protects from skin rash, eye irritation problems.
  3. Ozone removes the bad odors in bar, cooking places etc.
